If you do email us, please give as much detail as you can, including which school or schools you are associated with as this will help us support you much faster. Any appropriate screenshots can also help.
The Parent Support Team are here 8am – 6pm Monday to Friday. We know however that often parents use Xpressions outside of these times, and so where possible we will try and respond outside these hours too.
If your query is related to the data or messages provided to you in the app, by the school, we cannot help with this and recommend you speak to the school in the first instance.
